FAQ & POLICIES

Where are Trella's products produced?

All products are designed and produced in the tri state area. What cannot be produced in house is made by our close network of local specialty vendors such as glass blowing and metal spinning and stamping. We take great pride in our close relationship with our material and process as well as our support of local manufacturing vendors.

Are trella's products made to order?

All products are made to order. Aspects of each piece such as over all drop heights, finishes and configurations can be specified at the time of sale.

Material and Finish:

All finishes are hand applied in our workshop by our skilled team of artisans. Given the nature of hand applied patinas and finishes colors and textures will vary slightly from finish images and samples and therefore be subject to variation. All finishes are sealed with a durable lacquer to prevent oxidizing or tarnishing in time. If requested we can leave metal surfaces waxed or unsealed. All waxed or unsealed metals will patina and tarnish with time and use. If you are interested in learning more about how a waxed or unsealed finish will add life and character to your piece feel free to email us with any questions.

WHO ARE TRELLA'S PIECES NAMED AFTER:

All of our pieces are named after the loving pets that have touched our lives, and a few humans too.
